Garlic and Broccoli

(Prep + Cooking Time: 22 minutes | Serves: 4)

Ingredients:

1 broccoli head, cut into 4 pieces

1 tbsp. Chinese rice wine

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp. peanut oil

6 garlic cloves; minced.

Salt to the taste

Directions:

Put broccoli in the steamer basket of you instant pot, add 1/2 cup water to the pot, close the lid and cook on Low for 12 minutes.

Quick release the pressure, transfer broccoli to а bowl filled with cold water, drain and place it in а bowl.

Heat up а pan with the oil over medium high heat, add garlic, stir and cook for 3 minutes

Add broccoli and rice wine, stir and cook for 1 minute more.

Add salt, stir and cook 30 seconds

Transfer to plates and serve
